Returns and refund policy

The short version:

If you receive a broken item or if you are unhappy with an item simply email us at and we will get it sorted for you.

Also if you order a ring and it doesn't quite fit right, we are 100% happy to exchange it for you free of charge! Again just email us and we will fix this asap.

Our standard window for refunds and returns is within 30 days of your order. We may offer exchanges or partial refunds outside of that period, but it is at our discretion.

All returned items must be in original condition, packaging and it is a big help to us if you pop a small note in the package with your name and what the issue was (this just helps us process your return a bit faster).

Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept the return of worn earrings. We do apologize fully for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns must be notified to us at within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the date of purchase we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been inserted.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
